family night at the park

the plan: picnic dinner, yahtzee, swinging, relaxing, and talking with cate about school.

 

it was fun.

ps- i was the yahtzee winner, no matter what grant says.

pps- do you like the new blog look? on my to do list for two years: customize blog. yay! look how good i am at getting my to-do's done!!

ppss- did it drive anyone else crazy that i misspelled kindergartener and didn't fix it? it made me nuts all day.

I was just admiring the new look to your blog when I saw this post come up. I have been longing for a crispness in the air, pumpkins, warm meals, fires in the fireplace, the yummy colors, and all that is FALL! I love it and I am actually quite jealous that you live in a place where the leaves actually turn shades of yellow and orange instead of just a dull brown!

Ok that is my home park! I used to walk there everyday as a kid :) That makes me home sick. How beautiful! Also, my friend Kim Hendricks who owns Olive Juice and Co. (aprons) is going to be doing a apron group for your friend Nie Nie. She has been reading her blog for over a year and loves her. I am sad to say I just found out about it. She is beautiful and inspirational. So....long winded sorry, if you know of anyone who makes aprons send them her way (or my way, I am helping out too) We want to help out!
