I agree, lots of mascara always helps. :) Maybe you could do that and clean house?

Our exciting lives are oddly similar...

Love the dream day:) and the real day doesn't so bad either:) So relate to the blow drying!!!!!!!

that grey shirt is DIVINE!!!!!!!!!!!!! nice find. i love your dream day, not reality for me either, but hey, it's all good, right?

sorry i got you so good. i will never get over my love of practical jokes. i think i am in trouble with the majority of my friends right now :) i love anthro. did you know you were the person who got me obsessed with that place? my parents spoiled me and got me a pair of those black pants in ca. they are adorable and very cozy too. i hope all is going well. sounds like things are.

i love anthro too. i purposely do not check out their website, because i love them so much. provo needs one. salt lake seems too far for a normal day.

Oooh, I want to shop Anthro today, too! There is one just minutes from my house. So tempting. Love the purse, scarf, skinny jeans, etc. Just that it's a no-school day today & all my kids are itching to get into clay crafts, toy boxes, and the like. Maybe we'll make some brownies...that would sweeten up the day.

lol love it.

What a great reminder to enjoy the everyday, and (hopefully) spend less time wishing for "what could be". After a year of living in a different country I still yearn to spend time in places full of beautiful things that we just don't have here, of eating out at fabulous restaurants and indulging in our former urban lifestyle. Instead, we spend our family time collecting sea glass at the beach, I've learned to bake bread, and I'm very slowly getting used to the quiet. Thanks for the reminder that this is all good too.
