i found her report card while cleaning out her backpack yesterday. a thousand 4s all in a row, and a special note from her teacher about how considerate and kind she is to the other students (means so much more to me than the "straight A's"). and in all her years of teaching? cate has the best handwriting she'd ever seen- it's true, it's like an adult's. our little over-achiever considerate kind girl earned herself a shaved ice last night and the huge grins of two very proud parents. we love you cakies! you can do anything you want in this world- you are nice to people and creative and smart...sky is the limit!
