when i need a boost and i'm cozy in bed or in my car, etc. i look to the archives on lds.org. the other day i found this, and have read it a dozen times since. also, today coco texted me a quote which i needed to read so badly and really should read everyday of my life. it's from gordon b. hinckley's speech at his wife's funeral:
"it isn't as bad as you sometimes think it is. it all works out. don't worry. i say that to myself every morning. it will all work out. put your trust in god, and move forward with faith and confidence in the future. the lord will not forsake us. he will not forsake us. if we will put our trust in him, if we will pray to him, if we will live worthy of his blessings, he will hear our prayers." ...hope your sunday is peaceful and hopeful...

I'm so glad you put a link to that talk so I dOnt have to look it up. Best talk ever. That good.

i know that it can be hard to show ones self and share ones life but I want you to know how much i appriciate it. Last January a wrecking ball swung thru my life and I am continually rebuilding my life and reinventing myself. I read your blog for inspiration and motivation. You flat out help me and I thank you.

Thanks for this quote! Been away from blogs for awhile and just now catching up. This is something I really believe and I've seen work in my life in the past...somehow I've forgotten this very thing. Thank you for the reminder!

I've had the exact same thoughts about my iphone this past week. I always have the intention to read more scriptures and do more good with it, but I just end up wasting my time. Thanks for the inspiration...I'm going to keep trying. :) And I love that quote so much.
