this is the piano i practiced on at home, in tahoe. it's my favorite piano i've ever played, its got the right tone (say that like christopher walkin). over the years i've casually looked for one i liked as much at a decent price, but i could never find that same sound- good price or no. i wanted this one. my dad said i could have it. but it lived in california.
alas, my dad moved to utah, and alas, now i have a place for it! it's my piano! i have a piano! it was placed in my living room yesterday by piano movers! i can't get over it. i haven't stopped smiling (or playing) all morning.

It is a big deal. :-) I too miss my piano. I finally have a house to put mine in but there isn't any room. Enjoy playing. :-)

Yay! I think having a piano in a home makes it extra special. I'm glad you were able to get it! Another happy day!

So stoked for you and your piano, you clearly belong together. I mean... you taught me how to play Richard Marx's "Right Here Waiting" on that piano!

This post and the last post make me happy. I remember Simon Cowell on Idol years back saying that he just didn't understand how you could be happy for someone else. That feelings of happiness should be selfish in nature. Well, Mr. Cowell, though you are usually right in the land of the song, you are wrong here. Because I feel ridiculously happy for my Kell-Bell!!!!!

that makes me and mom happy. :) Now if we could only get flute movers to deliver Nicole's flute to her... It is supposed to be sitting on top of that piano! You could play duets.
